How can I order

You can order easily through our website at Shahalamionline.pk. The process is simple - when you find a product you need, add it to your cart and go through the ordering process by putting in your address and contact details. After the order is ready, you will receive a unique order number and an order summary will also be sent to your email address and the phone number provided by you. A copy of your Order Summary will also be stored in your account for your reference.

Why should I buy Online?

It’s easier! By ordering online you will you will be able to view and compare a variety of products from the convenience of your home. No more parking hassles, driving woes or waiting at the checkout! Your orders for multiple products will be confirmed and delivered to you in one go saving time and energy. Shahalami Online also offers same day delivery making it a convenient option.

What payment methods can I use?

Currently we offer COD (Cash on Delivery) and Credit Card on delivery payment methods. Online payment methods are in the process of development and will be available soon.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery is FREE for orders worth 2,500 PKR and above* (only in selected cities). Minimum order value is 1000 PKR. Please note that orders from cities other than Lahore (cities where Shahalami Online currently does not have a brick and mortar store), delivery will be charged according to weight of the products. These charges are not for Shahalami Online but for the courier services that shall be delivering the order.

Can I cancel my order?

How will I know if my product is eligible for exchange and/or replacement?

Can I ask for a refund or replacement?

You can initiate your request for refund or replacement within 5 days of delivery.

Will I get a receipt when my Shahalami Online package is delivered?

Please be sure to sign the Delivery Order Note in the presence of our delivery representative to indicate your delivery has been received. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, indicate the problem on the Delivery Note, return the item (ref. Return Policy) to the delivery rider and contact us within 12 hours of your delivery on 0302-4055050,03094055050. For any other problem with your order, please refer to our Return policy.

How do create a Shahalami Online account?

Go to this page (MY ACCOUNT PAGE LINK) and click “Create a new account”. Fill in all the required information and click “Create”. After submitting the form, your account will be confirmed and you will be notified by email.

I have forgotten my password. What should I do now?

You can retrieve your password by clicking “Forgot password?”on (give link of the page). Instruction on password retrieval will be sent to your email address.
