RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

A return is possible only if the item is in its original packaging with a satisfactory proof of purchase (receipt) and is deemed by Shahalami Online to be unopened, unworn, unused and undamaged.

Shop at Shahalami Online with the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will provide you with an exchange or repair within the guidelines outlined below. This policy applies to all purchases made at Shahalami Online. Our hassle-free return policy is part of our commitment to taking care of you every step of the way. Returns & Exchanges will only be facilitated for the goods purchased through www.ShahalamiOnline.pk only.

 

Proof of Purchase

Please note that all returns, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any of the following Proof of Purchase:

 

Original Returns/Exchange Receipt

Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging, with all tickets attached along with original Invoice

 

Rules for Returns/Exchange

Returns will be treated only if the Item is in its original packaging with a satisfactory proof of purchase and is deemed by Shahalami Online to be unopened, unworn, unused and undamaged

  • You can return a product for up to 5 days from the date of purchase, except Fresh, Ultra Fresh and Frozen (Terms and Conditions apply)
  • If a product which is to be returned / exchanged, is not currently in our stock, cannot be credited.
  • The management will assess products without receipt or not in reasonable condition. A deduction of 10% (or a certain percentage) fee, based on condition will be applied.

    Credit Card Returns

    • 30 days credit refund if payment is made through a credit card
    • Payments made through credit card are subject to a deduction as bank charges, on a return slip.

     

    Form of Returns

    • Exchange only

     

      No claims will be entertained in the following scenarios

      • Purchases made at Shahalami Online can only be returned or Exchanged at Shahalami Online Store. Simply call our helpline, press 2 for online shopping helpline and our customer care representative will guide you through the process
      • No claims will be accepted on products that have been previously returned or exchanged
      • If a product is damaged by the consumer it will not be returned or exchanged
      • A product without receipt may not be eligible for a return or exchange
      • Return request is made outside the specified time frame
      • Any consumable item which has been used
      • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
      • Items that are returned without original packaging or accessories
      • Goods & items purchased on sale or other promotions are not eligible for returns & exchange, unless you have received damaged goods
      • Custom made or personalized products will not be returned

       

      Cancellation Policy

      • Please call us to cancel your return request and we will do the needful within 3 hours after which a cancellation is not acceptable
      • Your entire order amount will be credited back to your account. (check) Don’t understand this
      • An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered.
